Introducing Ambique

Ambique is a new wellness venture inspired by European sauna culture, launching in Chicago in December 2024. Founder Scott aims to bring accessible, high-quality wellness experiences to the U.S., featuring Finnish-style saunas, cold plunges, and a hospitality lounge. Inspired by community-driven projects like Greg Carr’s work in Mozambique, Ambique is dedicated to improving health and well-being for all.
