PART-TIME SAUNA GUIDE

Ambique is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sauna Guide to deliver a premier sauna experience to our guests at our Goose Island pop up. As a Sauna Guide, you will be essential in curating a memorable and rejuvenating visit for each guest.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct Private Sauna Sessions: Facilitate exclusive sauna experiences, creating a serene and pleasant environment for guests.

• Enhance Guest Experience: Offer refreshments, incorporate enhancements such as aromatherapy, and provide expert advice on maximizing sauna benefits.

• Brand Enthusiast: Clearly communicate the ethos of Ambique, the rich tradition of sauna use, and the health benefits of sauna and cold therapy.

• Exceptional Service: Commit to delivering outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

• Ongoing Learning: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in sauna culture and related wellness practices to enhance the guest experience.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine interest in sauna culture and its benefits

• Dedication to providing excellent customer service

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively

• Entrepreneurial spirit who expects the unexpected

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. It also includes stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
